Solution
We have developed and implemented a comprehensive logistics scheme for rail transportation with full freight forwarding:

ensured the regular provision of wagons adapted for the transportation of grain;

took upon themselves the payment of railway tariffs and control of all calculations;

organized shipment planning taking into account seasonal peaks and client schedules;

ensured constant coordination between transportation participants on the route Kazakhstan - Turkmenistan;

introduced operational control of the movement of wagons and informing the client about the status of deliveries.
